Silent No More Walk/Run for Ovarian Cancer
The annual Silent No More Walk/Run for Ovarian Cancer is MOCA’s largest fundraiser of the year and in has the most participants of any of our events. It is held on the second Saturday during September, which is national ovarian cancer awareness month.

A Toast to Life
In 2002, the family and friends of Merle and Jill Rosenberg held the first "A Toast to Life" benefit to raise funds for MOCA's ovarian cancer research program, which is dedicated to advancing research toward earlier detection, better treatment and a cure.
