This event was created by Lisa McLaughlin, MOCA Co-President in 2004. It was established to raise awareness of ovarian cancer and celebrate the lives of Jane Franczyk and Kimberly Kincaid who died of the disease.

Mid Summer Night’s Gala
MOCA Annual Mid Summer Night’s Gala Dinner is presented by our premier sponsors: King Solutions and Eastlund, Solstad, Cade & Hutchinson Ltd. The Gala takes place the night before the golf tournament and includes a dinner, silent and live auctions and a raffle drawing.

Silent No More Walk/Run for Ovarian Cancer, Sept. 11
The annual Silent No More Walk/Run for Ovarian Cancer is MOCA’s largest fundraiser of the year and it has the most participants of any of our events. It is held on the second Saturday during September, which is national ovarian cancer awareness month.

A Toast to Life
In 2002, the family and friends of Merle and Jill Rosenberg held the first "A Toast to Life" benefit to raise funds for MOCA's ovarian cancer research program, which is dedicated to advancing research toward earlier detection, better treatment and a cure.

Silent No More Marathon Swim
The Southeast Minnesota Chapter of MOCA is proud to sponsor the Silent No More Marathon Swim to benefit the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance. The event takes place at the Rochester Area Family Y (RAFY). The swim is 12-hours long and has raised over $12,000 for ovarian cancer research since 2006.
