Name of woman being honored by the square.
Joyce Tibbs

Description of square.
The book, golf green and palette represent my interests, and the leaf represents my passion for LIFE – living it in the best possible way. The pathway – my journey has been a kaleidoscope by colors.

What would you like to tell us about the woman being honored?
Because this month of August 2002 I celebrated five years of remission from ovarian cancer, Stage III, grade 3 followed by six rounds of chemotherapy, I decided to make a square for me. My life has been an exciting journey of having faith, moving in a positive direction, eliminating negativity in daily activities. I have been involved in encouraging others to live their lives to the fullest in various organizations and on a one-to-one basis.
