Events - Silent No More Walk/Run for Ovarian Cancer

Join Us for MOCA’s 9th Annual Walk/Run for Ovarian Cancer
Saturday, September 13, 2008
Rosland Park, Edina

Walk/Run donations will be accepted through the end of the year. To count towards the incentive prizes, pledges must be received in the MOCA office by Friday, September 26, 2008.

MOCA’s Premier Event!

The Silent No More Walk/Run is MOCA’s biggest fundraising and community event! Every year, ovarian cancer survivors, family, and friends get together to celebrate life and show their support in the fight against ovarian cancer!

Last year, the Silent No More Walk/Run raised more than $250,000 from corporate sponsors, donations, pledges and registrations. In just eight years, MOCA has awarded more than $2 million for ovarian cancer research in Minnesota, thanks in large part, to the success of MOCA’s Walk/Run. This special event is MOCA’s biggest public awareness event!

MOCA's Silent No More Walk/ Run Keeps Gaining Momentum . . . And So Does MOCA’s Mission!

The money generated from Silent No More helps Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA);

  • Fund ovarian cancer research
  • Raise awareness of the disease through medical education programs and awareness campaigns
  • Provide support to women with ovarian cancer and their families
