After Carol Luukkonen was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in October 2005, she decided to turn some of her paintings into note cards, which she sent to family and friends after her surgery and during chemo.

This past spring, she decided to get more of her note cards printed to help raise funds for MOCA and raise awareness of the disease.
