They Shall Guide Us

I was asked by my friend Penny Van Beek to design and sew a quilt to donate to Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA). Penny was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2003. Her interest in flowers and that fact that teal is the color for this disease guided the design and led the quilt to be called “Blooming Hope.”
